The river in front of the house
From the terraces you look across the water to the opposite bank and further to the high-rises of District 1.
The skyline after dark
In the evening the towers of District 1 light up in colour behind the water. The rooftop is the best place for it.

Water, green banks and the skyline make a background for holiday photos that you do not get from a hotel room in the city centre.

Tiled terraces with white metal railings run along the front of the house. Awnings shade parts of them.

The rooftop
At the top of the house the private rooftop of approx. 56–60 m² has a BBQ and smoker, an outdoor sofa with seven cushions, padded stools, a dining table, long planters and solar lights. It has the widest view over the river and the District 1 skyline. All details are on the rooftop page.
